These camps are designed to give professional coaching with an emphasis on technical, tactical, physical, mental and lifestyle aspects with maximum enjoyment, passion and love for the game.
Boys and girls between the ages of 5-14 years are all very welcome. The camps cover Softball and Hardball cricket.

Please bring along any cricket equipment that you have.

2024 MASTERCLASSES

MASTER CLASSES at Ealing Cricket Club offer an extensive schedule of specialist cricket camps for more experienced Junior Cricketers throughout the summer with highly experienced Specialist County Coaches covering key elements of the game. We will have master classes for Batting (Red & White Ball Formats), Bowling (Pace & Spin), Wicket Keeping and Fielding.
For more experienced Junior Cricketers split between two age groups:
• U9 – U13 Boys / U11 – U14 Girls
• U14 – U17 Boys / U15 – U17 Girls

MasterClasses are no longer restricted to just those players in ‘A’ squads as we want to give all our Juniors, boys & girls, the chance to benefit from this specialist coaching if they’d like to do so. What we would ask you to bear in mind is that these sessions are aimed at skills progression and not best suited to those Juniors still very early in their cricketing development journey. • Batting (A practical Approach to T-20 Batting, Red & White Ball Format) - Mon 5th and Wed 7th Aug
run by Faisal Shahid, (ECB Level 4, Former Worcestershire CCC & YC’s Cricketer. High Performance Boys Pathway coach & Head of girl’s pathway at Warwickshire CCC).
Faisal is a highly successful batting coach at Warwickshire CCC, having seen many of his players progressing through to obtaining professional contracts and representing England Under 19s.

• Bowling (Spin – Learn the Art of Spin) - Tues 13th and Thur 15th Aug
run by Shaftab Khalid, (ECB L4, Former England A & Worcestershire CCC Cricketer. Director of Cricket at Ealing CC, England U19s Spin Coach, former Worcestershire & Warwickshire Lead Spin and High Performance coach for boys and girls pathway). Shaftab has worked very closely with young aspiring cricketers who have gone on to obtain professional contracts whilst also playing for England Under 19s and beyond.
The current crop of players Shaftab has woked closely with are Tazeem Ali, Theo Wylie, Hamza Sheikh (England U19s Captain), Farhan Ahmed and many more elite spinners who have the potential to represent England.

• Wicket Keeping (Understanding the trade of Wicketkeeping & the importance of correct technique) - Mon 19th and Tues 20th Aug
run by Robbie White (Middlesex CCC 1st class wicketkeeper)
Robbie is a home grown player who has played for Ealing from the age of 5 progressing on to playing professional cricket for Middlesex CCC. He has scored 2 first class hundreds and has 75 dismissals across all formats.

• Pace Bowling (Pace – this masterclass is for aspiring Pace Bowlers) - Tues 27th and Thur 29th Aug
Improve and enhance your pace bowling skills.

• Fielding more details to follow (Modern day cricketers are designed to be the best fielders)

Masterclasses will run 1pm to 4.30pm and can be booked separately or, if you wish to apply for the extended morning option, please book your course and pay for the Masterclass (1pm-4.30pm) then to book the Extended Day option (10am to 1pm) at £10pp per day.
