Ealing Cricket Club, a vibrant community hub with a rich history, is looking for a new Club Manager to lead our club operations, manage our bar, and maintain exceptional service for our members, guests, and visitors.

? Key Responsibilities:
Manage bar operations and staff efficiently, ensuring profitability and top-notch customer service.
Oversee clubhouse maintenance and cleanliness across our three grounds.
Foster strong relationships with members, ensuring the club remains a welcoming and enjoyable space.
Promote event bookings and support the club’s community engagement.

? What We're Looking For:
A motivated individual with experience in hospitality, bar management, or club operations.
Strong leadership, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to plan and manage staff, budgets, and events.
